SCHENCK TB-Sonio----Fast and precise balancing of turbocharger core assemblies
Tain currently can supply more than 1000 different cartridges and every cartridge is balancing tested by SCHENCK TB-Sonio. Every cartridge has a balanced report when it is packed.

Tain tests the dimensions of all needed parts which are sent to our warehouse. Such as compressor wheel,shaft&wheel, bearing house, backplate, etc. Tain uses a 3-coordinate measurement to test the size of the bearing house and backplate.
VNT Flow Bench,G3 Flow
G3-min-Flow can test the minimum flow of any VGT Turbocharger and Actuator.
L2 MAKINO five-axis equipment
The Makino L2 vertical 5-axis machining center boasts dedicated specifications for high-speed impeller machining.
The Billet compressor wheel is directly machined from a solid piece of aluminum, the design can be easily changed to alter the compressor characteristics, tested, redesigned, then remade better until a very efficient design is achieved.
We have professional technicians to design the wheels by UG, we can produce comp wheels for all sizes and all modes, standard and custom-made.
